BASICS OF CAMERA MAKEUP
This course gives hands-on experience for basic makeup in film and television production.  Course includes studies men’s and women's makeup techniques, allergy issues, body makeup, and  basic special effects makeup.  Students must possess a valid cosmetologist or esthetician license.
Course objective: Graduates will be able to perform skills necessary for basic Makeup duties on a film or television production. 
 
 
SPECIAL EFFECTS MAKEUP
This course gives hands-on experience for the creation of special effects makeup for film and television productions.  Course includes learning the use of latex, modeling, design and special makeup techniques to simulate wounds, scars, aging, and other skin special effects techniques. 
Course objective: Graduates will be able to perform special skills necessary for Special Effects Makeup duties on a film or television production. 
 
 
HAIR STYLING FOR FILM AND TELEVISION
Students can elect to pursue this path singularly or as a part of the complete hair and makeup track. The hair department is responsible for all aspects of hair: from basic styling of existing hair to application of wigs, toupees, facial hair and creation of special hairstyles such as fancy styles and period styles. This course will provide hands-on opportunities in all of these areas. Students must possess a valid hair styling or barbers license .
Course objective: Graduates will be able to perform special skills necessary for Hair Department duties on a film or television production.
